Cancellation Policy Your appointments and well being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Same day cancellations or cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a late cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the scheduled services. If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. A No-Show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to appointments that are missed without cancelling. Also any future services may require a 50% deposit prior to booking I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
